Ever wondered about the recent hype over “sour” beers? Well here’s your chance to find out what it’s all about! O’so Brewing from Plover, WI is one of the premier brewers of sour ales in the US and, for this class, Sarah Lehner from O’so will be joining Chef Nathan Berg in a tasting and discussion featuring a wide range of their numerous sour offerings. They be diving into the science and art of the various forms of fermentation that are used in crafting these spectacular beers, as well as pairing them with a few different types of fermented foods. This will be a truly special evening of amazing beers that all craft brew aficionados will NOT want to miss.
