Right in the midst of our Supper Club Celebration, we’re taking a trip down memory lane and focusing on boozy ice cream drinks. Practically as much dessert as cocktail, ice cream drinks like the Grasshopper, Pink Squirrel and Brandy Alexander have been a staple at Wisconsin supper clubs throughout the years. For this class, The Lakely’s Manager Jorja Vradenburg and Head Bartender Logan Slaght will be leading participants on a bit of history and lore surrounding ice cream drinks, helping to explain their importance and popularity in the supper club “scene”. They’ll also be concocting a few of these drinks in an instructional manner, teaching folks the proper tools, techniques and recipes necessary to make these nostalgic beauties on their own!!
Cost is $20/person; class begins at 6pm and lasts approx. 1.5 hours.
